Lily O. ★★★★★

I was a little skeptical about pasta made from beans, but the short-cut rigatoni shape is what sold me and it holds sauce way better than I expected. Cooked up firm and chewy, and the brown rice in the blend keeps it from getting that chalky texture some protein pastas have.

Thomas H. ★★★★★

The blend of edamame, mung beans, and brown rice gives this rigatoni a hearty, nutty taste that actually holds up to a thick sauce. Cooked it for the suggested time and the texture stayed pleasantly firm, not mushy. I've already added it to my weekly rotation.

Ryan H. ★★★★★

Finally, a short-cut pasta that doesn't turn to mush after five minutes in the pot — the rigatoni shape actually holds onto the sauce. I've been looking for a way to get more plant protein in without it tasting like cardboard, and this blend of edamame and mung beans delivers on texture and heft. Co
