Finally a chickpea pasta my kids actually finish without complaining. The fusilli shape catches the sauce nicely and it doesn't turn to mush even when reheated next day. Knowing the brown rice is grown by Thai farmers through that foundation makes me feel good about serving it.

The gluten-free texture holds up way better than other chickpea pastas I’ve tried, and knowing the brown rice comes from a farmer partnership program makes it feel like a more thoughtful buy. I’ve already stocked up twice.

Cooked up perfectly al dente in about nine minutes and held its shape even in a leftover lunch bowl with pesto the next day. The chickpea flavor is mild enough that my kids didn't even question swapping out their usual pasta.
